Delivery & Returns
Free Shipping
We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over $150. At this time, we do not offer free returns.
International Orders

Pre-Orders
Please be mindful that items marked as Pre-Order will not be shipped immediately nor on the traditional schedule as indicated by the price/time chart above. A ship time estimation will be provided within the description of the item.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped on the following business day.
Due to COVID 19 - Your order may take 1-3 business days to ship out.

Return and Exchange
For POP- UP purchases only: We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for items returned within 14 days (or 7 days at select locations) of the original purchase. The items must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached, and accompanied by a receipt. Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALES. Please note that all apothecary, beauty, lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear, hats, and hair accessories are FINAL SALES. Items bought with store credit are FINAL SALES. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, please make sure it is within the guidelines of this RETURN POLICY. You may request a return label from us for a $15 deduction from your store credit amount.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit within 14 days of the order ship date. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags and accompanied by a receipt. Please note that all sale items, items bought using a discount code, seasonal items, apothecary, beauty, pierced jewelry, hats, hair accessories, swimwear, and lingerie are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. Items bought with store credit are final sales. Return shipping price will be deducted from your store credit amount. The shipping fee is not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND DESIGNER HANDBAGS BAGS ARE FINAL.
Online Return Process
Please email Manilaandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return accompanied by a photo and you will receive an email within 24 hours of your request. Please pack your returned item in a box or padded mailer. Return shipping price will be deducted from your refund amount/store credit amount. The shipping fee is not refundable.
Late Returns
All returns should be in a new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original tags attached. Any returns received more than 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and we will ship the new size/color once we receive the original item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email Manilaandco@gmail.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
